  1. As we still struggling selling high end wines in restaurants and Hotel establishments in America….who knows until when ???
    the BTG category increases its sales giving a better selections of wine and quality of servings , a pouring machine with the proper refrigeration and good combinations of varietals is always a success!!

      Thanks for your valuable input. Wines by the glass are my favorite way to consume wine because I like to sample super expensive wines with bottle prices that make me blush. The wine statistics that came out of the survey last year was eye opening because of the huge percentage of sommeliers and wine directors who reported that wines by the glass were beginning to outpace bottle sales. We are very curious if those trends will continue.

  2. As a caterer what sets us apart is quality. We don’t really have a lot of clients on the low-end scale and our clients demand superior quality and craftsmanship. Even though we could buy cheaper elsewhere we know our clients appreciate their willing to pay for the best that’s why they choose us.
