The better looking and more informative the website is, the more confidence I have that the restaurant will put in the same effort and care with the dining experience.

I’m hungry
On Q.5 you’ve got the ‘Always’ and ‘Frequently’ column titles switched. Might mess up your survey results. Good test of whether people are reading or not.
doh! Thanks, I will fix it. Clearly, we need to lay off the vino while uploading the surveys! (wish)
Restaurant websites need to be clean, concise, and mobile. They need to be thirty second windows in into the world of the restaurant. The old days of flash, music, cool buttons are probably behind us. Mosty importantly, restaurant websites need easy access to social media platforms.
Restaurant websites should have clear navigation to the menu, location, hours and telephone number. They should also include a few quality food photos, plus pictures of the interior that will provide visitors with a clear idea of the atmosphere of the establishment. Links to making reservations and special offers and events should also be prominent. Automated slideshows, videos and flash intros are unnecessary and music should always be omitted.
LCW – love your website! I can’t wait to do some gourmet food shopping!
Websites need to be concise, easy to navigate, and informative. Do not need buttons and links, and flash pictures
